With a background in painting, color theory, and fashion design from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science, Lauren Moffatt collections are often wonderfully whimsical. She and her boyfriend, also partner Rob Pepin started the line in 1999 out their home- a 31-foot sailboat docked in New York Harbor.

Their colorful designs- bright green strapless dresses, pailey print A-line skirts, brown leather belted deep-V yellow chiffon top with turquoise buttons -have garnered a global following.
